Founded in late 2014 within the I3P incubator at the Polytechnic University of Turin from the intuition of four students, Veicoli Srl has grown to become a leading player in the fleet management and telematics sector in Italy.

Our journey began with an innovative cloud-based application for managing wheeled vehicles, which quickly gained over 40,000 users, ensuring complete data synchronization between web, iOS, and Android with maximum security.

Today, with a solid and proven technological infrastructure, our evolution has led us to focus on B2B innovation with the Veicoli Business platform. We support companies in the complete digitalization of their logistics, eliminating messy Excel spreadsheets and wasted paper, to connect the office (Fleet Manager) and the road (Driver) in real time.

What we do today for corporate fleets:

360° Digitalization: Automated management of deadlines, preventive maintenance, cost and fuel consumption monitoring in a single, intuitive dashboard.

Integrated Driver App: Drivers can report breakdowns, upload receipts, and communicate in real time with the office directly from their smartphone.

Telematics and GPS Tracking: Real-time vehicle monitoring, combined with remote tachograph data download, minimizes manual tasks and fines.

Safety and Innovation: Integration with leading players to offer AI-powered video telematics (Surfsight AI-12), cold chain monitoring, and management of the transition to electric fleets.

Our development philosophy has never changed: we don't offer a closed software package, but listen to the daily challenges of professionals to transform them into simple, secure, and customized digital solutions.
