Adam MacKenzie

Adam MacKenzie, PE, is a seasoned professional in the field of architectural engineering and commercial shading solutions, currently serving as Vice President of National Commercial Shading Solutions and Founder of Veil | engineered shading. Adam has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Commercial Construction at Budget Blinds of Omaha and Lincoln, and actively partners in commercial operations across multiple Budget Blinds franchises. Additionally, Adam has contributed to the Illuminating Engineering Society as Section Past-President and has significant experience in electrical engineering and lighting design from previous roles at Henderson Engineers and HDR. Adam holds a Master of Architectural Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
