Jesse Turgeon

Jesse Turgeon has a diverse range of work experience in the engineering field. They began their career as an Administrative Intern for the State of Rhode Island in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op for the USDA, where they supported the Thermochemical Biomass conversion program and oversaw maintenance and upgrades to various subsystems. The following year, Jesse worked as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op for Veritas Medical Solutions, where they analyzed production issues, designed prototypes, and implemented new processes for designing and building electrical boards.

In 2018, Jesse became a Manufacturing Engineer for Jade Precision Medical Components, where they identified and implemented improvements to meet FDA regulations, designed fixturing, and managed a Lean Six Sigma project to improve productivity. From 2019 to 2023, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer for Raytheon Technologies, serving as a project manager for long-term programs and conducting analysis and data interpretation of heat transfer and airflow paths within electrical and mechanical systems.

Their most recent role is as a Heat Transfer Engineer at VEIR, starting in 2023.

Jesse Turgeon completed a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University, attending from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, Jesse attended The Wheeler School from 2010 to 2014. Additionally, Jesse enrolled at Nordfyns Højskole, although the duration of the program and the field of study are not specified.
