Vejrø is an island in Denmark – a microgrid and showcase of regenerative living, sustainable innovation, and purposeful business.

We host companies seeking more than just a venue: Vejrø offers executive off-sites, leadership retreats, and exclusive events.

Close to Copenhagen and Hamburg, yet far from everyday noise, it’s where leaders gain clarity, teams reconnect, and bold decisions take shape.

With full island privacy, nature-powered infrastructure and bespoke programs, Vejrø is more than a destination – it’s a statement. Choosing Vejrø signals that your company leads with purpose, prioritises wellbeing, and invests in a sustainable future.

Our regenerative farm, green energy solutions, microgrid and farm-to-table restaurant are not just features – they are proof that excellence and sustainability can co-exist.

Vejrø today offers a boutique hotel, four guest houses, a marina, airstrip, hunting grounds and a singular vision: to inspire a new standard for conscious business and regenerative living.

We partner with forward-thinking companies to design transformative experiences where luxury, leadership and sustainability align.

Your next strategy deserves more than a meeting room.

Plan your off-site, leadership retreat or celebration at Vejrø – and create an experience that lasts far beyond the island.
