Semih Çelik

Semih Çelik is a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist at Vektora since November 2019, specializing in natural language processing, semantic analysis, text similarity methods, deep learning, and predictive maintenance, with experience in R&D and TÜBİTAK projects. Prior to this role, Semih co-founded Aiborne Robotics and Software, focusing on robotic prosthetic arm and AI development, and worked as a Data Scientist at İnnova Bilişim, where expertise in fraud detection and machine learning pipeline development was demonstrated. Earlier experience includes algorithm and software engineering at TARBİL, and roles as a trainee at CarrefourSA and a student assistant at Istanbul Kultur University. Semih holds a PhD in Computer Engineering from Istanbul Technical University and has both MSc and BE degrees in the same field from the same institution and Istanbul Kultur University, respectively.
