AI agents that actually generate revenue for recruitment agencies.

Most AI tools promise everything and deliver complexity.
We promise one thing: measurable pipeline growth for staffing firms.

What Vela does
We deploy three AI agents that do the work your team doesn’t have time for:

• Scout – Business development outreach that books meetings while you focus on placements
• Pulse – Automated relationship management that keeps your database engaged
• Core – CRM enrichment that keeps your data clean, current, and actionable

Why we’re different
We use what we build. Every client we acquire comes through our own AI agents, running inside our own CRM. When we say it works, we’re proving it daily.

Fast to value
Zero IT headaches.
Integrates with Salesforce, Bullhorn, and other leading CRM and ATS platforms using standard fields.
No custom configuration. No developer needed. Live in days, not months.

Real results
One client reactivated 35% of dormant contacts and generated £340k in pipeline.
That’s not a marketing claim. That’s what actually happened.

Our philosophy
We’re not chasing AI hype.
We’re building tools that pay for themselves in the first month.

Founded by recruitment technology veterans, Vela exists for one reason:
to make AI work as hard as you do.
