Vela Advisory is an AI advisory and venture studio helping organizations navigate the transition from AI curiosity to real-world impact.

We work with leadership teams to identify where AI can create meaningful value, design clear adoption roadmaps, and move from strategy to execution. Our focus is not on technology for its own sake, but on practical, responsible, and scalable AI applications that support business outcomes.

Our work spans three core areas:
• AI Strategy & Advisory – use-case prioritization, operating model design, governance, and executive decision support
• AI Enablement & Training – upskilling teams and driving adoption across functions
• AI Engineering & Delivery – prototyping and building AI solutions that can be deployed and iterated in real environments

Alongside our advisory work, Vela operates a venture studio, using our expertise to design and launch AI-first businesses and products.

Vela works with forward-thinking organizations across industries that want to move beyond experimentation and embed AI as a durable capability.

We believe AI is a navigation challenge as much as a technical one and our role is to help leaders steer with clarity and confidence.
