Keith Bishop is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in network and physical security administration, highlighted by a current role as Network / Physical Security Administrator at VELCO since October 2011. In this position, Keith is responsible for the administration, installation, and integration of various security systems, including the Hirsch Velocity Card Access System and Bosch BVMS Video Recording System, while also providing comprehensive support for energy management and security networks. Prior to VELCO, Keith served as Telecommunications Manager and Technical Support Specialist at Middlebury College, overseeing telecommunications staff and managing security technology within the Department of Public Safety. Keith's earlier roles include technician positions at Staples and BC Technologies, as well as operating as a network consultant. Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania.

Vermont Electric Power Company (VELCO) is Vermont’s statewide electric transmission provider whose sights are set on creating a sustainable Vermont through our people, assets, relationships and operating model.
