Mark Kraft

Director, HR & Culture at Velentium

Mark Kraft is the current Director of Culture & Recruiting at Velentium. Mark has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in the software development industry.

Mark started their career as a Field Sales Engineer at National Instruments in 1994. Mark then moved to Moog Inc. in 1999 where they became the Lead Test Software Developer and Test Systems Standardization Lead. In 2010, they joined Ball Aerospace as a Senior Software Engineer developing software for test systems for satellite instruments. And finally in 2012, they became Vice President at Phaeron, a test systems and control consultant company.

Mark has been instrumental in developing Velentium’s strong culture of innovation, customer focus, and employee development.

Mark Kraft attended the University of Utah, where they earned a BSEE in electrical and electronics engineering. Mark also holds certification from National Instruments as a Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD).
