Michael Summers

Michael Summers, D.B.A., SPHR, CUDE, serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Culture Officer at Velera. Previously, Michael held several leadership roles at PSCU, including Senior Vice President for Learning & Environment and Senior Vice President for Learning & Organizational Development, as well as Vice President for Organizational Development & Talent Management. Earlier in their career, Michael worked as a Program Manager for Organizational Development and held various positions related to visual media and instructional design. Michael earned a Doctor of Business Administration with a management emphasis from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Workforce Education and Development from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
