Rob Pesick

Rob Pesick is an experienced professional in the contact center and solutions consulting field, currently serving as a Contact Center Strategic Advisor at Velera since February 2025. Prior to this role, Rob held a position as a Senior Portfolio Solution Engineer at NICE, a leader in enterprise cloud solutions focused on customer experience. Additional experience includes a notable tenure at Glia as a Sales Engineer and over a decade at PSCU in various roles including Director and Manager of Solutions Consulting, where Rob specialized in client-facing support and operational success.
