Steve Salzer

Steve Salzer is currently the SVP of the Enterprise Risk Office and General Counsel at Velera, a position held since 2017. Steve has a diverse background in law and management, with previous roles including Branch General Manager at Alumax Building Products, Inc., and Chief Financial Officer at Utilimaster Corporation. Steve also served as In-House Counsel for Alumax, Inc. and has extensive experience in corporate law from their time as a Corporate, Securities, and Banking Associate at Fried Frank. Steve earned a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Duke University.
