Alex Jackson

Alex Jackson has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Beginning in 2009, they worked as a Salesperson at Pandemonium Books and Games. In 2011, they were an IT Applications Intern at EnerNOC, where they primarily assisted in user account maintenance, end-user support, and configuration pertaining to EnerNOC’s Salesforce.com database application. Also in 2011, they were a Salesforce Intern at Insulet Corporation. Finally, from 2012 to present, they have been a Senior Developer and Developer at Velir.

Alex Jackson obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology between 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, they attended Brookline Public High School from 2004 to 2008. In December 2017, they obtained the Coveo for Sitecore 4 Cloud Certified Developer certification from Coveo.
