Derrick Eason

Derrick Eason is currently the Senior Director of Customer Success at Velixo, bringing extensive experience in the internet industry and a strong background in customer service management. Previously, Derrick held various roles at Vanilla Forums, culminating in leadership positions such as Director of Customer Experience and Project Manager. Derrick co-founded DadelHouse Media while studying at Concordia University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a minor in Political Science. Earlier roles include project management and administrative support at Consolequip Inc. and customer service positions at Vanier College.
