Mini Suri

Mini Suri has a diverse range of work experience. Mini co-founded VELMENI in 2021 and currently serves as the CEO. Mini is also a Board Member at TiE Silicon Valley since 2020. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Chief Customer Success Officer at Kore.ai, where they successfully led and managed over 100 Enterprise customers in adopting conversational AI solutions. Prior to that, they served as the Head of the Center of Excellence for Intelligent Automation at Uber from 2018 to 2019, where they built and scaled global COE functions for driving intelligent automation strategy. Mini Suri has also worked at Citi for over two decades, where they played a significant role in leading the Services Strategy and implementing automation capabilities using AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Chatbots to transform operational processes and achieve significant savings.

Mini Suri has a diverse education history. Before 2015, their education history is unknown. From 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Healthcare certification at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2016, they completed a Graduate Certificate in Future of Commerce and Fintech at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Additionally, Mini earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management in 2017. Mini also holds an Undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the College of Engineering, Guindy. It is unclear when they completed their Masters in Information Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
