Tom Grindle

Tom Grindle is an experienced sales executive with a significant background in facility services and business development. Currently serving as West Region Sales Executive at Velociti Services since September 2022, Tom has previously held similar roles at Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC, and Kings III Emergency Communications. With a strong foundation in sales leadership as Senior Director of Sales for California & Arizona at Flagship Facility Services, Inc., and a history of managing outside and inside sales teams at Republic Services, Inc., Tom has consistently driven growth. Early career ventures include ownership of Affordable Fitness, Inc., where profits grew substantially under Tom's leadership, and serving as Vice President of Sales at LA Fitness. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Law from San Diego State University and a diploma from Helix High School.
