Velocity is a global labour mobility platform to unlock the vast potential of Sub-Saharan Africa and South Asia's young workforces and address skilled labour shortages in OECD countries. Starting with the recently-signed agreement between Kenya and Germany, Velocity operationalizes labour mobility agreements so they achieve unprecedented impact. Key to our model is democratizing access to language learning tools, and we are partnering with experts to build, deploy, and measure the impact of a tech-enabled, hybrid German language program. We create efficiencies across the value chain by leveraging best-in-class, ethical partners to maximize the benefits of skilled labour migration for employers, workers, and economies around the globe.
