Gary Spina

Gary Spina has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Gary began their career at McDonald's in 2009 as a Team Member and Shift Supervisor. Gary then worked as a Supply Coordinator for the Australian Army from 2010 to 2012. Following that, they gained research experience at Symbion Pty Ltd as a Research Analyst. In 2012, Gary became a Department Supervisor at Baiada Poultry and later transitioned into a Process Employee role. Gary joined Kuwait Oil Company as an Accounts Assistant in 2016 before moving to VeldhovenGroup as a Finance Assistant in 2017. Subsequently, they worked as a Finance Manager at OSMAN and then joined Velocity Electronics as a Financial Accountant. Gary was later promoted to the role of Finance Manager for the EMEA region at the same company.

Gary Spina received their Senior Certificate in Year 12 from Lowood State High School in the years 2003 to 2007. Gary then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from Griffith University, graduating in the years 2010 to 2013. In 2012, they participated in a Study Abroad Program at the University of Miami, where they also obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree. In 2014, they furthered their education by completing a Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance at QUT (Queensland University of Technology). Finally, from 2020 to 2022, they enrolled in the CPA Australia Program.
