Hal Juergens

Hal Juergens has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Hal began their career at Honeywell International in 1995 as a Senior Engineering Manager and Liaison, where they successfully managed projects and served as a single point of contact between customers and the engineering laboratory. In 2002, they joined Velocity Electronics as the Director of Supply Chain Solutions, where they had full P&L responsibility and oversaw the procurement and distribution of various electronic components. In 2015, Hal joined TrackingPoint as the Director of Operations & Supply Chain, where they played a key role in restarting and stabilizing the company's operations and implementing cultural changes in supply chain management. Hal then returned to Velocity Electronics in 2017, first as the Director of Product Management and Supply Chain Solutions, and later as the Global Vice President of Sales Operations. In these roles, they have demonstrated their expertise in sales operations, product management, and supply chain solutions.
