The best candidates aren't looking. We find them anyway. Most recruitment firms send you CVs. We deliver intelligence before your competitors know the talent exists.

Velocity Search is a next-generation executive search and headhunting company headquartered in Copenhagen. We launched because the recruitment industry is structurally behind, not slightly, but fundamentally.

"Our ambition is not to be another AI-enabled recruitment firm. AI was only the first wave. We are building what comes next, autonomous, intelligence-driven search that combines technology, data and human judgment to deliver a radically better outcome for clients", Søren Dahl & Henrik Weiglin, Co-Founders.

Our Precision Search Model integrates:
— Autonomous talent mapping and search agents
— Predictive fit and retention intelligence
— Skills-based market intelligence
— Augmented human-led executive search
— Embedded strategic talent advisory

This transforms recruitment from reactive hiring into strategic talent intelligence reducing hiring risk, improving quality-of-hire, and giving clients a decisive competitive edge in increasingly constrained talent markets.

We specialize in serving ambitious SMEs competing for the same talent as the largest organizations and we give them the intelligence infrastructure to win that competition.

Headquartered in Copenhagen, with affiliate capabilities in London and Munich, Velocity Search operates across a strategic Northern European talent corridor spanning the Nordics, the UK and DACH.

Our ambition is not to modernize recruitment. It is to redefine it. To find the talent before your competitors know it exist.

Reach out for an obligation-free conversation about your next critical hire.
