Or Guz has over fifteen years of experience in various roles. In 2005, they were a Lieutenant in the Israeli Air Force. From 2010 to 2012, they were an AlgoTrading QA & Development at an undisclosed company. From 2012 to 2015, they were an Application & Backend Developer at Telefónica. From 2015 to 2021, they held various roles at PerimeterX, including Senior Director, Global Customer Success and Operations, Director of Customer Success, and Senior Solutions Engineer & Customer Success. From 2021 to 2022, they were an Advisor at Worknet and an Advisory Council member for the CX Program at California State University - East Bay. Currently, they are a VP of Customer Success at Velocity and a CS Mentor & Lecturer at SixFigures.

Or Guz obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Software Engineering from Shenkar College of Engineering between 2010 and 2014.
