Taylor Blackwell

Taylor Blackwell is a Financial Controller at Velocity, overseeing various accounting functions such as A/R, A/P, Payroll and Fixed Assets. In the past, Taylor worked as a Cost Accountant, ensuring accuracy in labor and material charges. With a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of West Florida, Taylor brings a strong educational background to their role. Prior to Velocity, Taylor held the position of Staff Accountant at Durst and Jordan, CPA, PA, where they prepared income tax returns and reviewed financial information for clients. Additionally, Taylor holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and International Relations and Affairs from the University of West Florida and Florida State University, respectively.
