Gracen Torrence has been with VelocityEHS since July 2012, currently holding the position of Service Operations Manager. Their role is crucial in overseeing operational teams supporting the delivery of Authoring and Regulatory Services. Prior to this, Gracen worked as a Supply Chain Coordinator at argo tea cafe from August 2006 to June 2011. They hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre/Theater from Barat College of DePaul University, earned between 2001-2005. As a Project Manager, Gracen focuses on understanding client goals, creating project plans, and ensuring successful project completion.
