Kent Hatcher

Kent Hatcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and consulting within the ergonomic and human factors sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Global Account Executive at VelocityEHS since January 2021, Kent drives global sales efforts for enterprise software solutions while fostering long-term relationships with clients. Prior to this role, Kent held key positions at Humantech, also a VelocityEHS solution, where responsibilities included expanding client relationships and leading a team of Account Managers. As a Managing Consultant and Ergonomic Engineer, Kent facilitated high-impact training workshops and supported companies in integrating ergonomic practices. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director at Kinetico Ergonomics, where Kent focused on engineering design modifications and client training, and a brief tenure as a Student Researcher at TNO. Kent holds an M.Sc. in Ergonomics & Human Factors from Loughborough University, an executive education credential from Ivey Business School, and a B.Sc. in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo.
