Michael Hoonhorst

Michael Hoonhorst, CPE, serves as the Solutions Consultant Manager at VelocityEHS since January 2021, having previously held the position of Senior Solutions Consultant. Prior experience includes over a decade at Humantech - A VelocityEHS solution, where Michael worked as Managing Consultant and Senior Consultant, leading ergonomic initiatives across diverse industries and conducting ergonomic assessments and training. Michael's career began with a role as a Doctoral Associate at Western Michigan University, managing research and teaching courses, and included an internship at Haworth, focused on office seating design. Michael earned both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University.
