Nick Stone

Nick Stone is a highly experienced Senior Strategic Consultant at VelocityEHS, where expertise in chemical hazard communication and emergency response services for both internal and external stakeholders has been demonstrated since March 2014. As the lead subject matter expert on chemical hazard communication, Nick has provided regulatory support and oversight in various roles, including Senior Regulatory Specialist and Regulatory Specialist, focusing on compliance and the authoring of Safety Data Sheets. Prior academic experience includes a Graduate Student Researcher role at DePaul University, where a thesis was authored and published, along with additional research work at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Nick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Integrative Biology from the University of Illinois and a Master of Science in Biology from DePaul University.
