Vincent Loo

Vincent Loo is an experienced sales and business development leader in the telecommunications and technology sector, currently serving as Sales Head, APAC at Velocix since January 2019. In this role, Vincent manages the Asia business focusing on Telco CDN, Cloud CDN, and related services, while also developing sales strategies and conducting contract negotiations. Prior to this, Vincent held the position of Director of Business Development for the Video Business Unit at Nokia Networks, where significant achievements included establishing a Video business unit in China and securing a multimillion-dollar CDN contract. Earlier career roles include Solution Manager at Alcatel-Lucent and Software Development Manager at Alcatel, building a strong foundation in technical project management and product development. Vincent holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from York University and an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
