Danielle Silva

Danielle Silva has accumulated extensive experience in customer service and operations management within various companies. At Alelo Brasil, Danielle served as a Consultor from August 2019 to December 2023. Prior to that, Danielle worked at Atento Brasil as a Gestor de Clientes from September 2017 to August 2019, and held multiple roles at Atento between October 2013 and August 2017, including Coordenador de operações and Supervisor de operações. Danielle began a career in customer support at Contax S.A. as an Operador and later became Supervisor de operações from May 2005 to April 2006. Currently, Danielle is the Gerente Comercial at Veloe since December 2023. Educationally, Danielle holds a degree in Psychology from Centro Universitário FMU | FIAM-FAAM and is pursuing an MBA in Gestão Comercial e Vendas from Fundação Getulio Vargas, expected to be completed in 2026.
