It's always easy to blame marketing/sales and not having enough leads but business owners never actually look at the real bottleneck, which is usually your operations. By implementing an AI Operating System you can save time, increase revenue, work more efficiently and have the ability to scale without having to hire more people.

Over the past few years I've worked inside ~100 marketing agencies as an AI consultant including time at one of the largest AI Agencies in the space (2,000+ clients across every type of business). The pattern in almost every agency at $50k-$150k/month is the same: the team's losing 20-30 hours a week to manual/repetitive tasks like reporting, onboarding, follow ups, nurturing etc. that shouldn't be done by human when a simple AI automation can handle it for you.

What we build:

🤖 Lead Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing
Every lead worked for 30 days, no manual chasing. Most agencies end up closing deals from leads they thought were dead.

📊 Client Reporting Engine
Multi-platform data pulled, formatted, narrated, sent. The "Monday morning reports" job done while you sleep.

📥 Client Onboarding & Communication
Signed contract triggers everything - welcome, intake, accounts, kickoff. No more fire drills, no more month-2 churn from chaotic starts.

⚙️ Internal Ops & Admin
Invoicing, team dashboards, call-to-brief automation, SOPs that live inside the system. The agency runs the same way at $100k/month as it does at $500k/month.

So if you're tired of running your agency on tribal knowledge, Slack pings, and weekend reports then drop me a message and tell me what's eating the most time right now. I'll give you a free 30-minute AI audit call: we map your operations, and you walk away with a full AI Business Plan and real numbers on what's costing you. No pitch attached so even if we never work together, you keep the plan.
