Nicholas Rike

Nicholas Rike is a professional with extensive experience in recruitment and team leadership within the medical industry. As the Team Director at VeloSource, Nicholas leads the Hospitalist production team and sets strategic goals for them. Additionally, as the Recruiter Development Director, Nicholas coaches and trains locum physician recruiters to enhance the recruitment team's performance. Prior to their roles at VeloSource and Interim Physicians, Nicholas worked in recruitment and sales at Locum Leaders, and also has experience as a Kitchen Manager at Pei Wei. Nicholas holds a high school degree from St. Mary's High School and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia.
