Britta Hougaard

Britta Hougaard is a Global Regulatory Affairs Manager at VELUX, where they have been since 2023. With prior experience as Head of Test & Regulation at DOVISTA from 2003 to 2010 and C&R Technical Manager at JELD-WEN Europe from 2011 to 2023, they focused on monitoring legislation and participating in European standardization within the windows and doors sector. Britta also held roles at VELFAC A/S as a Product Manager and R&D Engineer from 2001 to 2003, contributing to the development of fire resistant windows. They earned a Master of Science in Engineering from Aalborg University and a degree in Engineering Business Administration from University College - Vitus Bering Danmark.
