Grith Boesen

Grith Boesen is an experienced people development consultant and facilitator, currently serving as the Lead People Development at VELUX and as a voluntary advisor at Headspace Danmark. With a background that includes over two decades at Novo Nordisk, Grith specialized in strategic learning, talent development, and corporate sustainability. Prior to this, Grith held a role as an Information Specialist at the Technical University of Denmark. Throughout their career, Grith has focused on designing and facilitating innovative learning programs while also coaching leaders and employees.
