Lars Overgaard Bohlbro

Lars Overgaard Bohlbro has extensive experience in project and product management within the VELUX Group, currently serving as Senior Director of Product Introduction since September 2007, where responsibilities include leading project management for the Sloped Roof product category, managing over 100 personnel, and directing a team of 18-20 project managers and technical specialists. Notably, Lars has a significant history of transforming production processes and enhancing company earnings, notably by increasing the internal sourcing of plastic components, generating an additional 50mDKK annually. In addition to roles at VELUX, Lars co-founded Gedved Bryggeri Aps, serving as CEO and beer brewer, while also gaining practical engineering experience in Australia and completing an international management program at IMD. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Technology Development from Aalborg University and coursework at Aarhus University.
