Urtė Gudaitė

Urtė Gudaitė is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in regional and global roles. Currently serving as the Regional HR Director for North Europe at VELUX, Urtė has also held the position of Regional HR Director for Great Britain, Ireland, Nordics, and Benelux. Prior experience includes roles as Global HR Business Partner for eCommerce and HR Business Partner for Health at Reckitt, as well as Senior Executive Search Consultant and Head of Recruitment at HCS Sales. Urtė has also contributed as a Consultant & Psychologist in a private consulting practice and as a Senior HR Consultant at the State Security Department of the Republic of Lithuania. Urtė is currently enrolled in the Leadership, Cultural & Behavioral Transformation Programme at IMD and holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Vilnius University.
