Veronica Capra is a seasoned customer journey designer currently leading design initiatives for the Gen-AI project at VELUX since November 2022, specializing in service design best practices, customer journey mapping, user research, and stakeholder management. Prior experience includes serving as an experience designer at Wunderman Thompson MAP, where extensive qualitative research informed CRM strategies for major brands, and holding various design roles such as student assistant designer at Ida Institute and user experience consultant at MemoTwine. Veronica holds a degree in Digital Concept Development from KEA and further qualifications in User Experience and Interaction Design from the Interaction Design Foundation, along with educational background in multimedia design and cultural heritage management from KEA and the Università degli Studi del Piemonte Orientale.
