David Wilson

David Wilson is an independent director with extensive experience in multiple software companies and consultative roles. They have served on the boards of various organizations, including Procurify and FreshBooks, and have a strong background in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and governance, with a global focus across Canada, Europe, the United States, and Asia. David has held significant positions, such as VP & General Counsel at Alcatel-Lucent Canada Inc. and has contributed to the success of numerous companies, including Intelex Technologies and PointClickCare. They hold an LLB and MBA from Dalhousie University and continue to actively engage in corporate governance and strategic matters.
