Dan Hoffer

Dan Hoffer is a partner in Venable LLP’s Labor and Employment practice group, where they represent a diverse array of clients, including financial services firms and entertainment executives. An accomplished litigator, Hoffer has successfully managed numerous lawsuits in both state and federal courts, and has expertise in drafting critical employment-related documents. Prior to joining Venable in 2012, Hoffer was a founding partner at Kellman Hoffer LLP and gained early experience as a special agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Hoffer earned a Doctor of Law degree, cum laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law.
