Daniel Minion

Daniel Minion is a life sciences patent litigator at Venable LLP, where they currently serve as a partner. With extensive experience as a first-chair Hatch-Waxman trial litigator, Daniel advises clients on intellectual property due diligence and complex patent matters within the life sciences and chemical sectors. They have successfully argued cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Stanford University, a Master’s Degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. Prior to their current role, Daniel held positions at Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto, OSI Pharmaceuticals, and Agouron Pharmaceuticals.
