Janice Ryan

Janice Ryan is a Nonprofit and Political Law Attorney at Venable LLP, where they serve as Co-Chair of the Nonprofit Organizations Practice. With extensive experience advising clients on state and federal political law, Janice has worked with nonprofit organizations on issues such as tax exemption and corporate governance. Prior to joining Venable LLP in 2019, they held several legislative roles in the United States Senate from 2003 to 2005. Janice earned their Juris Doctor degree, summa cum laude, from The Catholic University of America, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Government from Dartmouth College.
