Mitch Evall

Mitch Evall is a partner in Venable LLP's Real Estate group, where they focus on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, development, and asset management transactions. With extensive experience representing major motion picture studios, theatre chains, and retailers, Mitch has handled numerous high-profile corporate relocations and consulted on significant projects across the United States. Previously, they served as the managing partner of a boutique law firm in Beverly Hills and were recognized as one of Lawdragon’s "100 Managing Partners You Need to Know" in 2008. Mitch is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors for United Friends of the Children, a charitable organization dedicated to supporting foster children in Los Angeles County. They earned their B.A. from Brandeis University, magna cum laude, and their J.D. from Columbia University.
