Pan Lee

Pan Lee is a Counsel at Venable LLP, where they have worked since 2025. Previously, Pan served as Counsel at Axinn, Veltrop & Harkrider LLP from 2020 to 2025 and as a Senior Associate at Fenwick & West between 2019 and 2020. Their legal career began after completing their JD in Intellectual Property Law at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law in 2011, following a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Stanford University in 2007 and a Bachelor of Science in the same field from UC Davis in 2003. Prior to their legal career, Pan worked as an Electrical Engineer at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company from 2003 to 2008 and spent almost eight years as an Associate at White & Case.
