Ronn Davids

Ronn Davids is a Partner at Venable LLP, where they co-chair the West Coast Corporate Group and focus on representing middle-market and emerging growth companies in various corporate and transactional matters. With a background as a Partner at Riordan & McKinzie and Bingham McCutcheon from 1995 to 2003, and at Klee, Tuchin, Bogdanoff & Stern from 2004 to 2013, Ronn has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and corporate restructurings. Ronn holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Columbia University School of Law, a degree in Rabbinical Studies from Hebrew Union College, and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Tufts University.
