Scott Frank

Scott Frank is a retired President & CEO of AT&T Intellectual Property LLC, where they managed one of the world's largest intellectual property portfolios, comprising over 10,000 patents. They served at AT&T from 2006 until 2025, contributing significantly to the company's licensing and marketing efforts. Before this role, Scott worked as an IP Attorney/Patent Agent at Troutman Sanders LLP and as President of BellSouth Intellectual Property Inc., where they developed a patent portfolio that generated substantial profits. In their current position as Managing Partner at Venadar, they assist companies in identifying and executing growth opportunities. Scott is pursuing JD/MBA and holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Georgia State University and Georgia Institute of Technology, respectively.
