Michael Crain

Michael Crain has extensive work experience in the field of information technology and data security. Michael is currently serving as the I&B Group Director of IT and Data Security at Vencora since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Silvervine Software where they held the positions of Director of Governance, Risk and Compliance from 2011 to 2022, and Director of Information Technology from 2011 to 2022. In the United States Air Force, they served in various roles including Chief Enlisted Manager (Manager, IT Operations) at 78 ABW/SC from 2010 to 2011 and 2009 to 2010, Superintendent, C4 Systems Branch (Lead IT Strategic Planner) at HQ, US Air Forces Europe from 2005 to 2009, and Chief, C4 Systems Exploitation Division (Lead IT/Weather Systems Integration Planner) at Air Force Combat Weather Center from 2002 to 2005. Michael also worked at various Communication Squadrons as Chief in different capacities from 1996 to 2002.

Michael Crain earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems Management from Trident University International from 2007 to 2009. Michael also obtained an Associate's degree in Information Systems Management from the Community College of the Air Force from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, Michael Crain completed a Masters Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University, although the specific timeframe is not provided.
