Barbara Michael

Barbara Michael has a significant amount of experience in government compliance and internal audit. Barbara started their career in 1986 at the Defense Contract Audit Agency as an Auditor and Technical Specialist, where they worked until 2000. In 2000, they became a Supervisory Auditor at the same agency, and they held this role until 2004. From 2004 to 2010, Barbara worked at Lockheed Martin as a Senior Manager in Government Compliance. After that, they joined The SI Organization, Inc. as a Director in Government Compliance & Internal Audit, and remained there until 2014. Lastly, Barbara became the Vice President in Government Compliance & Internal Audit at Vencore Inc. in 2014, and their time there is ongoing.

Barbara Michael attended James Madison University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Accounting.
