Patrick Williams

Patrick Williams has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Patrick started their career in 1982 as a US Army Engineer Officer and Operations Research Analyst. After leaving the military in 1992, they worked as an Operations Research Analyst for the U.S. Army Corps and U.S. Army Concepts Analysis Agency. From 1997 to 2002, they served as a Technical Manager for the Gulf War Illnesses Program and the U.S. Coast Guard Port Security Assessment Project at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Patrick then joined Lockheed Martin IS&GS-Civil as an Operations Researcher Senior Staff from 2004 to 2008. After that, they worked as a Systems Engineer Senior Staff at Lockheed Martin Enterprise Integration Group (EIG) from 2008 to 2009. Currently, they work at Vencore, Inc. as a Program Manager/Systems Engineer, where they are responsible for overseeing a technical task order that provides systems engineering and integration support to multiple customer field sites around the world.

Patrick Williams completed their education in engineering. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1978 to 1982. Later, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Operations Research from The George Washington University from 1987 to 1989. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Maryland from 1992 to 1997.

Furthermore, Patrick Williams has earned various certifications throughout their career. In 1992, they became a Professional Engineer through the National Society of Professional Engineers. In 2011, they obtained the Program Management Professional certification from PMI. Patrick also holds the Certified Systems Engineering Professional certification from INCOSE, which they acquired in 2013. Lastly, in 2015, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from ITIL Certified.
