Nikolaus Lipusch

Nikolaus Lipusch is an experienced professional specializing in machine learning and digital transformation. Currently serving as a Top Management Advisor at Horn & Company since April 2021, Nikolaus also co-founded darwin CEE in January 2019, focusing on AI solutions for early-stage startups. As a Board Member at vencortex, Nikolaus contributes to an AI-powered decision augmentation platform. Additionally, Nikolaus holds a position as a Research Associate at Universität St.Gallen, engaging in research and lecturing on AI, crowdsourcing, and business model innovation. Previous roles include Technology Lead and Director of the Applied Innovation Exchange at Capgemini, managing technological operations and innovation strategies. Nikolaus has also served as a Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore and worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Kassel. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Business Informatics from the University of Kassel, a Master’s degree in International Business from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from WU Vienna.
