Haley Serrano currently serves as a Knowledge Manager at Vendasta, a position held since November 2021, and has also worked as a Success Support Specialist within the same company. In addition, Haley has been a Volunteer and Social Media Coordinator for Soroptimist International of the Americas, Inc. since September 2017. Prior to these roles, Haley gained experience as a Customer Experience Representative at Indigo from May 2017 to November 2023. Haley holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Saskatchewan and has pursued further education through the Columbia Publishing Course at Oxford and additional studies at Columbia University and the University of Victoria.
