Matt Silverstein has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Matt is currently working as a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Vendia since September 2021. Prior to this, they were a Software Architect at GoSite from May 2020 to August 2021, where they led the architecture design and POC implementation of a graphical website builder and hosting service.
Before GoSite, Matt worked at Tealium for several years, starting as a Senior Software Engineer and later transitioning to the role of Senior Software Engineering Manager. In this position, they partnered with senior leadership to redefine the entire SDLC and spearheaded the retrofitting of the legacy UI codebase. Matt also led the UI modernization effort from Backbone to React/Mobx and introduced testing frameworks and strategies.
Matt's earlier experience includes working as a Lead Technical Artist at THQ from August 2009 to June 2012, where they managed 3D artists and designed technical solutions for game assets. Matt was also a Sr. Technical Artist at Midway from 2006 to July 2009 and a UI Developer at Left Field Productions from 2004 to 2006.

Matt Silverstein attended Notre Dame High School from 1992 to 1996. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in studio art and digital art at UC Irvine from 1996 to 2000. In 2013, they attended Hack Reactor to study computer science.
