Molly Winter has worked in the retail industry since 2017. Molly began their career as a Junior Consultant at The Terry J. Lundgren Center for Retailing in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Private Contractor for Bling by Wilkening and as a Store Management Intern for Nordstrom. In 2019, they worked as an Associate Merchant and Category Specialist - Ecommerce for Walmart. In 2021, they began their current role as a Walmart.com Strategic Account Manager and Junior Account Manager - Walmart.com for VENDO.

Molly Winter attended the University of Arizona from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Retailing and Consumer Sciences. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Privacy by Design: Data Sharing from LinkedIn.
